I wanted to thank you for my best Corporate Fairs event ever!

As a fine artist selling unique, one-of-a-kind watercolors, I do not expect to make my booth fee.  For me, sucess is measured in how many calls for custom paintings I get in the 1-2 months after a show.

However, the Spring Seasonings event also resulted in sales at the show!  I made more than 3 times the booth fee, and that is BEFORE calls for commissions have come in.

Even more valuable: the young couple who won my raffle prize came to my table.  They were delighted with the painting of the Green Mountains they had won, since they had grown up in Vermont.  They immediately signed up on my mailing list for future shows, and are exactly the kind of enthusiastic patrons I am looking for.

I just wanted to say thanks again for the Staples show. It was wonderful!!! Great venue! Lovely people!  And we did SO WELL; on both days!  Sign me up for the next one, and the next one, and the next one...

On October 10, 2006 I was a vender at Mitre Corp in Bedford MA.  This was the 2nd show I had done for Corporate Fairs.  The first one being Staples.  Staples was good.  However this one was terrific for me..  I was very busy for most of the 3 hours .  Employees did some Holiday shopping.  My product  seemed to fit the bill for many of them. One of the vendors next to me actually offered to help and put things in bags for me. 

An extremely professional organization. I look froward to my next show with Corporate Fairs.

I want to thank you for the Hanover Insurance show.  It worked great for me. My goal was to get my cards and information out to as many people as possible.  I did not expect to make a lot of sales, since it takes time to build customers for fine art.

I was impressed with how easy you made the entire set-up and take down. And I enjoyed the other vendors very much, who were all willing to help each other out, whether it was giving change, or helping cover bathroom breaks.

I handed out over 100 business cards, and talked personally to at least 50 people each day.  I also had sales, exceeding my table fee the first day, and covering half of it the second, making it a very low-cost marketing event.

But the most important thing is the follow-up calls, which have resulted in paying commissions for this month. 

This is really exciting, and I look forward to the show in Newton next week.

I do want to take this opportunity to thank you and Corporate Fairs for all the wonderful things that our relationship has brought to my business. Our group has met many wonderful contacts who have helped our business expand in areas more than we expected!!! The staff at Corporate Fairs have always been helpful and SO professional. I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was by the business leads I received in one, single fair - especially only 3 hours!  During my first fair (Allmerica Financial), I passed out approximatly 200 order forms - none of which I had to ask if they wanted - they all asked me! I recieved requests/orders for: Photo candles as centerpieces and/or favors...2, 50th wedding anniversary party, 3 weddings, 1 Christening, 1, Birthday bash.  As for my photo ornaments, I recieved many, many other requests for Christmas and yet another wedding favor.

Yesterday, I attended a fair that typically draws 10,000-12,000 people. However, due to the rain on Saturday, the fair was post-poned to yesterday. Whether it was the change in date, or other factor(s), I just didn't get even a fraction of the same result as going through Corporate Fairs. (I handed out maybe 40-50 order forms during the entire 6 1/2 hours!)  I am aware that not all fairs are alike and each vendor, company and day is different, but with your method, I don't have to worry about rain-dates, or if people will show at the fair. I truley believe it's a much better way to do business for me!

Just a note to say what a pleasure it was to do the Allmerica show today.  From the helpful loading dock workers, to the great high traffic space, to the receptive and friendly employees, it was by far the best Corporate Fair I have done, and definitely the best environment both in layout and attendees.  I'm so glad I took that second table, as I more than made up for it in sales and bookings.  I hope we have more shows at that location before the holidays!

I've been meaning to tell you about this fabulous opportunity- I think you should look into for your businesses. Corporate Fairs is a great company that sets up Fairs at local companies with a minimum of 1000 employees....Staples, Sunlife, EMC, etc, etc. For a reasonable table fee (and the table is set up for you!), you get loads of traffic as employees come through on their lunch/coffee breaks. The company does a ton of marketing & advertising for you before the event. It is so cool...you should definitely check it out.

Today was my first two-day corporate fair with you, and I was very pleased with the response to my company and its products.  I booked two home shows, took several orders for product, and also sold some of my pre-packaged gift bags.  Several employees came by both days, and I expect some web sales in the future from employees who took flyers with them.  I found that participating in the two day format worked well because those who came on the first day and placed orders could come back the second day and pick them up--which saved me packaging and shipping costs.  I have signed up for three other two-day events with Corporate Fairs and hope that they are as well received.

Having also arranged my own shows in a few corporations, I can tell you I prefer working with you. Not only is the event bigger and likely to draw more attention from employees, all sorts of details like advance publicity, tables and tablecloths, various signs, and perks are all in place and ready for us to sweep in, set up our wares and be with people. I am looking for exposure as much as sales and I see lots of people in a comfortable setting. You care a lot and you are fun into the bargain. What's not to love?  Thanks.
